As I already a post on an Italian man that realizes all Italians might be on the spectrum. Looking at the way they communicate amongst eachother 🤌🏼
From my theories perspective Italy has all the ingredients of a spectrum based society. Less neurotypical and more immersed in neurodiversity. Its no wonder they have been the world’s tastemakers for so long.
But it also comes back in their food and community first way of working. As they have multiple families in their live literally.
Lewis shares how his team is the only team that never skips lunch. All of them will be sitting at a table sharing food instead of individually take time for lunch.
It is one of the things I think every person that has ADHD needs to incorporate in their life. When looking for work, look for a family dynamic based working culture.
and when it comes to food. Look at it as something more than just filling your stomach. But even more so a reason to connect with community, to use it as a moment to build so you can see and understand eachother better when THE work needs to be done.
